The modes of delivery in Metropolitan France are the following:- Affranchigo Forfait from La Poste, applicable to the lightest items (t-shirts, tank tops, etc.).- the "Colissimo" service with tracking number, delivery without signature, applicable to the heaviest items (sweatshirts and hoodies).Outside metropolitan France, all deliveries made in Europe use the "Asendia" service, without tracking or signature.Outside Europe, international deliveries are made as follows:- United States: UPS with tracking number, but no signature required.- Australia "Australia Post" with tracking number and signature delivery- New Zealand NewZealand Post with tracking number and signature required.- For the rest of the world, UPS International with tracking number and signature required.These delivery methods apply by default depending on the Products ordered, Modcollector.com does not offer the possibility to choose other delivery methodsThe delivery costs of the products are invoiced in addition. Their amount is indicated at the time of the Pre-Order or Order according to the place(s) and the delivery method(s) corresponding to the Product(s) chosen and indicated by the Customer before the Customer is invited to validate and confirm his/her Pre-Order or Order.Modcollector shall inform the Customer by e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the Pre-order or Order, of the estimated delivery date. However, in case of contradiction, in particular with the automatic confirmation e-mails or the Campaign Description, and these Terms, only the latter shall prevail.Delivery charges for France, Europe, the United States and Canada are as follows- 1 sweater/pull-over = 6,99€.- One additional similar product = 2,5€.- 1 t-shirt = 4,99€ (or more).- One additional similar product = 2€.Shipping costs for the rest of the world are :- 1 sweatshirt/pull-over = 8,90- One additional similar product = 2,5€.- 1 t-shirt = 8,90€.- One additional similar product = 2€.The maximum delivery time, whatever the chosen destination (France, Europe or the rest of the world) is thirty days from the date on which the Customer receives, at the end of the Campaign Period, the confirmation that the Minimum Goal has been reached for the Product ordered.Delivery takes place on working days, i.e. every day of the week except : Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Delivery is made to the address (or addresses in case of multiple Products and recipients) indicated by the Customer at the time of the Pre-Order or the order.When will I receive my order?We understand that our customers want their products to be shipped as soon as possible. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we want to be transparent about the status of our work and our experience with estimated shipping times.All products ordered are custom prints and produced on demand. Please allow 4-8 business days for your product to be printed.Shipping time depends on your location. Orders are printed and shipped from the EU or US.During Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc., lead times may be longer due to increased orders. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
ABSENCE OR DELAY OF DELIVERY
The Customer will inform Modcollector.com by e-mail of any delay or absence of delivery on the scheduled date.In case of delay or absence of delivery within the time limits indicated, and except in cases of force majeure, the Customer has the possibility, under the applicable provisions of the Consumer Code, to request that the delivery of the Product be made within a reasonable additional period. In the absence of delivery within this additional period, the Customer will then have the possibility of definitively canceling his order. This cancellation will be considered as effective as of the reception by Modcollector.com of the notification of its decision by the Customer, intervening at the opening hours of the customer service.In accordance with Article L.138-3 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer shall be reimbursed for all sums paid within 14 days of receipt of the Customer's request for definitive cancellation of the Order, and exclusively by the same means as the initial payment. In the event of failure to comply with this refund period, the amounts due to the Customer shall be automatically increased as follows- 10% within 30 days after the 14-day period- 20% within 60 days after the 14-day period- 50% in the 60 days and more beyond the 14 days term.These provisions are not applicable in the event of a delay in delivery due to an error in entering the recipient or the delivery address, attributable to the Customer.
